We're looking for a marketing automation specialist to work with our marketing automation platform team and project manage large infrastructure projects. You'll be involved in projects that shape our strategy from initiation to completion. You'll gather requirements from various stakeholders and translate business strategy/objectives into technical execution.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
-Work with the head of marketing technology to optimize the Project instance.
-Project manage large project infrastructure initiatives, clearly communicate key timelines, dependencies, and risks to multiple stakeholders across products and regions.
-Understand stakeholders' objectives, share implementation plans, and deliver results in a timely manner.
-Create reports, analyze statistics, and share success metrics with stakeholders
-Provide expertise and implement campaigns to build a best-in-class marketing database and increase engagement over time, leveraging both marketing automation and general B2B marketing acumen.
-Define and build solution that would help solve our needs.
-Optimize for scale -- find areas to streamline and increase efficiencies across email production/reporting processes.
-Work with various cross-functional teams to understand processes and optimize system configuration.
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, or a related field, with a strong academic record
-Deep understanding of B2B marketing and marketing automation best practices
-Strong attention to detail and strong verbal and written communications skills.
-Strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder management skills
-Strong ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environments, and clearly communicate with stakeholder.
-Ability to discuss technical matters with a non-technical audience in an effective way.
-At least 2+ years of experience using Marketo, preferably as an administrator.
-Strong proficiency with Marketo marketing automation, with specific skills in designing programs and trigger campaigns, and nurturing and reporting.
