Job Description:

This leading clothing company based out of San Francisco, California is looking for a talented Assistant Production Manager to support their licensing business.


RESPONSIBILITIES: This person would be responsible for supporting the team by fielding emails from vendors and cross functional teams, executing bookings, PO creation and following up end to end process of projects with vendors and their deliverables. This person would be responsible for the in-season production management for this companies licensing markets. His/her role is to enter and maintain absolute accuracy of all data in multiple tools and systems and monitor the post-production processes and metrics directly with our vendors and cross functional teams.  This person must be very organization and have attention to detail. Their communication skills must be clear and concise meanwhile adhering to deadlines and deliverables. Strong excel skills is a MUST. This person is expected to be resourceful and to have strong time management skills.

MUST HAVES:

 At a minimum, you have: 
• 1+ year of experience in ecommerce, marketing,  online marketing or project management. 
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience. 
• An eagerness to learn how web content is created and deployed. 
• Experience with or prior exposure to content management systems. 
• A Bachelor's degree.
