Position Description:

This role offers an amazing breadth of experience and the opportunity to build deep product and partnership expertise. In close collaboration with product, brand, retail, engineering, and regional/country marketing teams, you’ll lead business analysis to define co-marketing strategy. You’ll build web platforms, scalable partner opportunities, and tools to drive results for the company and our partners.

Global Strategy:

Lead business analysis, consumer research and opportunity mapping to inform and develop strategy and budget priorities and secure resources

Co-Marketing Program Development:

Partner with product, BD, and global marketing teams to create innovative, scalable partner programs that support our key OKRs (sales, engagement)

Creative Magic:

Work with creative and web / platform agencies to develop beautiful and highly usable assets, resources, and innovative programs for our products and our partners

Partner Engagement:

Build marketer-to-marketer relationships with top partners through email newsletters, notifications, and coordinated partner event presence

Performance Measurement:

Partner with analytics to identify actionable insights across global multi-million dollar investments and continuously improve our marketing programs

Partnership Infrastructure and Best Practices:

Collaborate with eng, web agencies, and internal stakeholders to build infrastructure




  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of highly successful B2C and/or B2B marketing leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to distill data into insights and influence both internal and external partners
  • Strong project management skills



  • MBA degree or equivalent marketing experience
  • Track record of partner marketing success
  • Experience in building scalable programs & offers, narratives, and product positioning
  • Experience partnering with PM / eng / web teams to create high visibility B2B or B2C programs
  • Experience managing external creative agencies and partnering with internal brand teams
  • Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies
  • Experience in managing global budgets and driving performance analysis
