The Development and Technology Coordinator supports the Education Development and Technology Center of Excellence, handling administrative tasks, project support and coordination. Reporting to the Manager, Education Production & Resourcing, you will lend administrative support to a fast‐paced creative and technology group.
Inspect and submit various content types to Learning Management System (LMS)
Asset search & organization support
Budget and resource management support
Quality assurance testing of training content
Training evaluation survey development and analysis
Weekly training dashboard & reporting set‐up
LMS administrative tasks, including catalog configuration/update and user account
Various additional administrative support as needed
We’re excited about you if you have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a corporate environment
Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
Solid organizational skills, detail‐oriented; time management skills, ability to juggle priorities
Strong relationship‐building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines
Understanding of education trends, tools and best practices
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
The drive to excel and succeed; self‐motivated
Passion for our brand, our programs, clients and Beauty Advisors
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc) and Smartsheet
