Position Description:

Aquent's client, a Fortune 500 multi-national tech company in San Francisco, is seeking a Digital Marketing Content Writer with experience writing B2B content and experience managing an ad campaign similar to Google Ads. 

You’ll be responsible for writing marketing best practices for businesses. You’ll work on crafting educational content and copyedit help center articles to engage the practitioner audience. Voice, elegance, and clarity are values of the highest order in this position. You’ll work with a variety of The Client's internal teams and agency partners to publish collateral; making sure business needs, quality standards, and brand guidelines are met.

Responsibilities

- Develop best practice and educational content, specifically campaigns

- Write and edit copy for practitioner collateral, help center articles, presentations, and other online educational offerings

- Project manage production, approvals, deployment and measurement of - marketing collateral including whitepapers, one-sheeters, educational videos

- Distill content into useful recommendations

- Champion the voice of users in all material

- Work closely with agencies on adaptations and international rollouts

- Ensure brand guidelines, feature readiness, and quality of assets are being met

- Document and share content across platform

Skill/Experience/Education:

Mandatory:

- BA/BS Degree at minimum

- 2+ years in digital advertising or marketing campaign management

- 2+ years in B2B sales or B2B marketing

- Resume must demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills

- Resume must demonstrate outstanding communication skills

- Proven teamwork skills and flexibility

- Problem ability to work independently and to proactively communicate with teams off-site

- Writing sample will be required

Desired:

- Experience in hotel, travel or hospitality industry

- Experience in project management

- Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, tech work environment

- Adaptable, team-driven, patient, and positive
