Job Description:

This large clothing company based out of San Francisco is looking for a talented Program Coordinator.  This person would be responsible for supporting the project manager and other project resources during the course of the project life cycle. Assist in the development of communication and training plans, and this person will also be supporting the product photography pipeline. Take notes during project meetings and distribute meeting summaries accordingly. Update project plans as needed. Plan, monitor and coordinate tasks. Participate in and document needs assessment meetings. Assist in the data collection and validation efforts. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio. 1-3 years of prior experience in a Jr. Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Project Administrator role is required. 
They will be supporting the product photography pipeline. 

- Extremely attentive to details and process, excellent written and verbal communication,  excellent organizational and prioritization skills with some program or account coordination experience 
- It would be a mix of pipeline coordination (scheduling meetings, building out upcoming seasonal pipelines, sharing meeting outcomes), addressing size & fit callouts and working with appropriate business partners to fix, reviewing customer feedback and sending to the correct teams, building and maintaining size guides on site, helping production and operations team as needed, etc. 
-we’re looking for someone who has been a program coordinator, account coordinator, project assistant, merchandise coordinator, or who has general experience in merchandising or ecommerce.
