Job Description:

Audi of America is looking to expand the reaches and availability of our client's team supporting the current Audi Insights (retail tracking) program.

The primary responsibilities for this position are: 
Providing support to Audi of America’s dealers and field personnel by answering questions (via phone, email, or through a proprietary reporting platform) related to the research program, its deliverables, and customer sample 
Training Audi personnel on how to navigate through the reporting platform to find insights in addition to updating training materials 
Field monitoring to ensure that surveys are being sent and completed as expected 
Analyzing trends in Audi’s data to provide actionable insights at the dealer or National level 
Quality assurance to ensure that the reporting platform and all off-line deliverables meet client’s quality standards 

Skills/Experience: 
Since this is a client-facing position, this candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Customer service experience is desired 
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in market research and/or the automotive industry 
Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills 
Experience using MS Office software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) 
Bachelor’s degree required
