Job Description:

Large Media and Entertainment client in Hollywood, CA is seeking a Studio Data Administrator to join their team Studio Product Team. This is a temporary role slated to go 3-6 months. 

The Studio Product team is looking for an experienced data administrator with a strong knowledge of the film and tv industry ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a passion for film and TV, a background in operations and endless excitement about the possibilities of tech + entertainment. Helps to have a deep knowledge of titles, talent and credits. **Must have entertainment industry term knowledge regarding credits and above/below the line talent to be considered**


  • Aggregate and input data into internal applications 
  • Transition data from legacy applications to current applications 
  • Stress test applications that have been developed in-house 
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies between applications 
  • De-duplication of talents and credits using internal and external resources 


  • Highly curious 
  • Immaculately organized 
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail with projects involving high volume of manual tasks 
  • Clear and concise communicator 
  • Ability to make judgment calls in the face of ambiguity 
  • 2 years experience in a physical production or post-production environment, 
    on-site or at a production company, Below-The-Line agency, or motion picture 
    industry organization 
  • Proficiency working with spreadsheets and data sets 
  • Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, Airtable and similar web applications 
  • Experience with industry data tools (Studio System, IMDB, Variety Insight) 
  • Deeply knowledgeable of above the line and below the line talent, agencies, production companies and studios 
  • Flexible amid an ever-changing and growing environment 


  • Other industry-related domain knowledge (legal, finance, operations, production operations, etc) 
  • Knowledge of SQL and databases
