Creating enrollment kits for plans for our Healthcare client who offers them across the country. There are hundreds of versions that showcase summary of benefits, enrollment forms and other ancillary forms. Helping to review those items, serve as a project manager, stakeholder and compliance review. Experience with Medicare products and Medicare marketing. Review grids / templates of all plans we offer. Review and ensure different versions are accurate. Once we build book with print and fulfillment, they'll help to proof and review.
Responsible for providing strategic marketing direction and market intelligence. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans. Partners with other marketing areas in support of marketing goals. May oversee the development of marketing collateral to meet client needs. Supports market changes. Assists with marketing strategies and implementing marketing tactics to support business/sales objectives.
Skills/Experience Needed: Background with Medicare products, proofreading skills, detail-oriented. Well-organized, project management. Track reviews with different stake holders. Use traffic management system. File jobs in October, November and December to get them submitted to CMS and get them 508 tagged. Cyclical project and every year bring in 2. Sit onsite in Thousand Oaks, CA, Virginia Beach, VA or Norfolk, VA.
Requires a BA/BS degree; 3 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience in health care industry preferred.
