Job Description:


Project Overview: 
•As an Agency Technical Liaison (ATL), you will be working with Marketing Managers and external agencies to help launch interactive experiences. 
•This role combines project management, technical management, engineering, creative problem solving, and deep communication. You will be the primary point of contact for both external agency engineering teams and Product Marketing Managers (PMMs). 
•Your job will be to assess and triage incoming requests from PMMs, help agencies understand our technical and security requirements, help both agencies and PMMs navigate our security and code review processes, and ensure that our interactive experiences launch safely, securely and snag-free. 

Overall Responsibilities: 
•Act as a sounding board for agencies as they concept and design interactive solutions for marketers, providing feedback on technical solutions and feasibility 
•Coordinate technology and code reviews with multiple agencies and across multiple projects. Uphold and maintaining our standards, and driving more efficient outsourced builds 
•Maintain and improve process documentation used by external agencies and PMMs, and deliver training/Q&A over time 
•Coordinate and keep up to date with internal teams and processes including Security, Privacy, Launch Coordination, Systems Deployment 
•Staying on top of existing/legacy sites to get security vulnerabilities fixed and sunset sites where appropriate to reduce technical debt 
•Troubleshoot where necessary and appropriate Top 3 

Daily Responsibilities: 
•Communicate with agencies as they work with marketers to conceptualize, design, and develop interactive projects. Provide guidance on proposed technical direction, chosen platforms/frameworks, systems deployment, launch planning, etc. 
•Coordinate and keep up to date with internal teams and processes including Security, Privacy, Launch Coordination, Systems Deployment 
•Staying on top of existing/legacy sites to get security vulnerabilities fixed and sunset sites where appropriate to reduce technical debt Required Skills: 
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal 
•BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related (in lieu of degree, 5-7 years relevant work experience) 
•Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript 
•Strong knowledge of usability, accessibility and cross-browser issues 
•Strong knowledge of Google App Engine and other Google Cloud Platform offerings 
•Experience with Python 
•Excellent attention to detail, keen eye for clean UI design, and knowledge of coding and design best practices 
•Understanding of basic web security concepts and ability to communicate requirements to agencies 

Nice to Have Skills/Not Required: 
•At least 2 years experience working at a digital agency 
•Responsive, action oriented, and flexible to rapidly changing priorities 
•Proven track record successfully liaising with external constituencies and Project Management and/or Technology experience at a digital agency
