Job Description:

The Campaign Project Coordinator assists with the development of content and campaigns. He or she will work closely with the Content & Campaign Managers leading the campaigns, and will collaborate as the central point of communication with the Global Marketing creative studios, agencies and functional marketing teams, driving campaign projects and assets through their major stages of development, production, publication and documentation. 

• Develop and execute project management plans to ensure campaigns/programs are delivered on time, on budget, and on specification 
• Maintain campaign asset lists, project timelines, action items and delivery of assets 
• Support campaign managers in prioritization and allocation of resources (internal and external) 
• Supports the development SOWs, RFPs and agency selection process 
• Manage projects with internal creative studios and external agencies with a focus on overall client satisfaction regardless of the location of the resources 
• Gather asset feedback, across stakeholders, and work with studio/agency to implement and validate feedback 
• Facilitate project reviews, negotiating feedback and reaching decisions in the best interest of your stakeholders regarding design and messaging 
• Collaborate with strategic marketing and functional teams to ensure proper project management and asset development 
• Identify, communicate, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies and metrics across a cross-functional project team 
• Support the Content & Campaign Managers in the internal launch documentation and amplification of new content and campaigns 
• Know and understand the brand and design guidelines well enough to help to review and implement in our assets, as well as translate and explain as needed for stakeholders 
• Update and maintain asset documentation across various lists, libraries and presentations 
Experience & Education: 
• 3-5 years working in a marketing or creative department/agency (project manager, campaign manager, account manager, communications manager, marketing manager) 
• Bachelors Degree in Business/Communications/Marketing or related 
• PMP Certification Preferred but not necessary 
• Attention to detail 
• Strong customer focus and business acumen 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Ability to listen and under expectations from many stakeholders 
• Knowledge of design effectiveness 
• Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills 
• Strong timeline and critical path management skills 
• Strong problem-solving skills and project contingency planning capabilities

• Strong software and system acumen; able to learn new systems quickly and easily, with the discipline to maintain and regularly update system information
