A Lot About You
We are looking for a strategic, imaginative and results-oriented marketer to join its Marketing Technology team. You will be responsible for shaping and driving all media programs for where we bring passion and excitement to the brand, get more people to think, talk about brands and ultimately use the company more often.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of driving complex projects with multiple inputs to successful completion. Candidate should be able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Responsible for the successful management of campaigns, partnering with both internal/external teams to deliver smart direct marketing recommendations and strategy. The people hired into this role will be an integral part of the overall team’s success.
Build strategic partnership with Brand marketing, cross-channel, internal DSP’s and senior management and key stakeholders to optimize processes, execution plans and data flows.
Establish and drive instrumentation standards, tagging and validation across all channels for brand marketing.
Communicate technical data and reporting requirements to engineering teams. Work with internal and external engineers to answer questions and resolve ambiguities.
Coordinate and troubleshoot any data and technical issues that are raised from numbers reported in our reporting or other key marketing technology systems.
Manage data from a multitude of sources for usefulness in reporting, analytics and cross channel marketing, and architect ways to wrangle and join this data together.
Mine and profile large sets of data from data sources using different query and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Microstrategy, Tableau, Looker).
Improve data quality results by determining system improvements; identifying trends; evaluating, and re-designing work processes; implementing changes.
Perform ad hoc analyses and data investigation/discovery to identify and/or explain business and marketing trends or anomalies.
Skills, Talents, Experience you have:
5+ years of work experience adtech , Media and mobile marketing
Bachelor Degree preferably in computer science, statistics, mathematics, marketing, or economics ; Master's Degree is preferred.
Experience working with marketing technology and/or ad tech ( DSP’s , Ad Server (DCM), Ad exchange, Programmatic, Mobile marketing, google analytics, omniture, adword etc).
Ideal if you have specific experience in the ad-tech industry, a marketing agency, consulting.
In-depth understanding and experience working with mobile marketing technology and instrumentation including in-app engagement tracking.
In-depth understanding of media business and align digital technology solutions to optimize cross channel marketing campaigns
Strong written and oral communication skills to both technical (Product managers and Engineers) and non-technical audiences.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Ability to analyze vast data and metrics, making data-driven analytical recommendations for technical problem at hand.
Ability to think both tactically and strategically moving through both fluidly.
Proficiency working with Instrumentation pixels ( image, iframe, js etc.)
Resilient work ethic with the capability to adapt to the situation, flexibility and nimbleness in terms of work planning, and the ability to think quickly on your feet
Client-facing or consulting experience is a plus as you will need to confidently communicate and partner with internal clients and external vendors
