Our innovative Fortune 500 financial service client is looking for a Sr. Creative Project Manager to join their Product Marketing Group supporting the Enterprise Digital and Analytics Team. This role is in NYC, 6 months with the opportunity to extend, 5 days onsite, 40 hours a week, paid sick days, healthcare benefits, 401K, FlexSpend.​​

What You Will Do:

  • In this highly visible role, you will work with customers, key stakeholders, and partners to drive product backlog, communicate and build consensus across teams to delivery on product goals for the Flexible Repayment Options to Card Member
  • Work very closely with partners to drive the Product Roadmap, prioritize the Engineering team’s sprint backlog, participate actively in all phases of the iteration process, and cross-functional collaboration, e.g. interacting across disciples i.e. Business, Design, Research, Engineering, Analytics
  • Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to track product performance post launch in order to evaluate future investment 
  • Produce ROI analyses and optimization recommendations, identify risks, challenges, opportunities and business integration needs, enable cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams within the product scope 
  • Translates product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories, and acceptance test criteria 
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog consistent with the Product Outcomes and Product Roadmap and performs story elaboration with the implementation team 
  • Works closely with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions 
  • Work closely with analytics and leverages internal data tools (Adobe or similar analytics tools) to understand measure success and impact to KPIs 
  • Review and accepts completed user stories, reviews/demonstrates sprint-related or general functionality with external stakeholders and customers, including the Director of Product Management and other stakeholders 
  • Coordinate communications, escalates and facilitates resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the product backlog 

What You Will Do:

  • Experience in Product Management with proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product vision and roadmap 
  • Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies, e.g.  JIRA or similar tools.
  • Proven track record managing large, complex features or products with multiple stakeholders 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred
