Our vision is consistent IT support and service for every employee, regardless of their location or platform of choice; whilst being recognized for our customer-focus, responsiveness, and flexibility in delivering IT services that scale with demand. Looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to support our enterprise Employee Collaboration products. Looking for a strong leader who can influence across many levels and create alignment outside of direct team for large scale business goals. This person should also have some management experience and exceptional presentation skills. This person will take on new product discovery, business cases and marketing needs for the overall collaboration product offering in IT. Having a background in Employee Shared Services functions (IT, HR, Engagement) would be a plus. 

The Senior Product Manager within IT is responsible for driving all phases of product initiatives and building solid collaborative relationships across the organization with regard to Employee Collaboration products. You must be able to clearly communicate issues, ideas and concepts both verbally and in written form between business and technical parties. The position will work alongside a team of high-performing Product Managers and Engineers and will report to the Director of Product Management. You will partner closely with senior leaders across several divisions to drive the strategy for improving the global employee experience with collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will have a Product Management background, passion for innovation in the digital workplace and a natural ability to influence and cross-collaborate with multiple functions toward a common goal. 

General Responsibilities: Develop and execute product strategy for assigned product lines or significant key product line in order to achieve and maintain product leadership. Conduct market research and analyze market demand. Conduct and review competitive analysis. Define products, analyze requirements, develop and maintain specification documents. Develop tactical marketing plans and prepare related budgets. Develop detailed product features, requirements, and implementation plans. Assume deep product-area or program-level responsibility and/or primarily responsible for relationship with one or more functions and senior executive stakeholders. Accountable for budgeting, reporting, and analysis of assigned products; and may own P&L for assigned products. Provide input into broader strategy, and drive product strategy for own area of responsibility. Make resource and budget choices between projects, and build versus buy. Work cross-functionally to implement changes to assigned product(s). Serve as an expert resource to other Product Managers. ​

Key Responsibilities: 
o Establish the product roadmap, vision and global rollout plans for assigned products. 
o Provide input into broader strategy and drive product strategy for the collaboration products owned within IT. 
o Work with business customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and prioritize appropriately. 
o Distill business requirements to define scope and functionality of product offerings and work with the product line delivery team (Technical Product Manager, Architect, Engineers) to translate problem statements into        technology objectives. 
o Manage trade-offs between cost, schedule, and business benefit, and ensure successful delivery of set features to production that meet both internal and external customer needs. 
o Foster a data-driven approach to inform decision-making, analyze system/feature performance and reliability, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. 
o Monitor and track product feedback of assigned products to help in the prioritization of development/enhancement projects. 
o Conduct market research and third-party product evaluation and drive integration design efforts when applicable. 
o Manage relationship with key vendors to drive roadmap enhancements and value realization with application usage 
o Provide visibility into status of upcoming enhancements to stakeholders and leadership. 
o Act as product champion and build effective relationships with key stakeholders.

o Proven ability to create and manage product roadmaps, prioritization, tradeoffs, constraints, and risks. 
o Excellent strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making. 
o Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines. 
o Superior communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present issues, ideas and recommendations in verbal, written and presentation formats across all levels of the organization.

o Knowledge of TCO identification and reporting is a plus. 
o Data science and modeling exposure a plus
