Service Designers - A Fortune 500 banking operation in San Francisco is looking for a Service Designer for the development, implementation and upgrading of enterprise-level experiences for hundreds of thousands of digital and retail customers.

  • Develop compelling digital user experiences with cross-functional product teams

  • Implement service upgrades in-coordination with web development teams

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research studies on stakeholders and customers alike

  • Facilitate service design workshops, action plans and follow up reports
