Our global client is seeking a project manager to add to their growing team.

In partnership with Senior Brand Manager (Project Leader), the Business Process Analyst takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation and satisfactory completion of medium-scale projects / initiatives, with direct business impact, teams of 3-5 cross functional team members and firm deadlines. Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project. Ensures that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and provides regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate. Ensures Quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure. Manages and delivers on a variety of project tasks including requirements definition, determine problem or issue statements, develop alternatives / options, and design and implement solutions. Project manager ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off. Provides effective leadership to the project team, and takes appropriate action where performance deviates from agreed tolerances.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5+ years of project management experience and must possess a Bachelors or Masters degree.

This position is 32 hours / week on-site in Neenah, WI with some flexibility to work from home.
