Job Description:

Corporate Event Planners - Our Fortune 500 client in the financial services industry is in-need of a veteran Marketing Event Coordinator to produce a world-class internal and external events for an 8 month contract.


Sound interesting? Here are the role’s responsibilities:

- Coordinate with client services, product marketing and sales teams to ensure streamlined messaging and collateral are represented at conference

- Manage all internal and external conference-related messaging and communications (i.e. email marketing, mobile app content, printed collateral, etc.)

- Coordinate hotel rooms for VIPs and food + beverage accommodations for approximately 200 guests

- Collaborate with external creative agency on the development of event collateral

- 5+ years of experience producing and leading B2B corporate summits (ideally in technology industry)

- Expert project management experience

- Excellent writing and editing skills

- Budget management experience
