Job Description:


  • Drive execution and independently manage all assigned projects ranging from small to large scale initiatives for internal marketing communications agency.
  • Comfortable managing creative campaigns across multiple touchpoints and channels to support full franchise.
  • Ensure all projects deliver against brand objectives, adhere to brand standards and creative excellence; and are delivered on time and on budget. 
  • Project manage assigned projects autonomously and follow through on all aspects of the project from start to finish.
  • Project types include but are not limited to: global branding guides/toolkits, marketing activations/experiences, consumer and trade advertising materials, social & digital campaigns, collateral programs, promotional/segment-related guides, catalogs, press kits, trade shows, event and pitch materials
  • Create project plan and manage cross functional teams to deliver comprehensive campaigns and plans
  • Develop and communicate timelines, daily milestones, next steps and status to project team to ensure on time delivery of all milestones. Revise timelines as needed to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Maintain status reports and lead status meetings for assigned projects
  • Coordinate with Creative Managers to prioritize creative team's workload and identify resources needed to complete assignments
  • Monitor budget throughout project life cycle and communicate budget status to team and identify if additional funds are needed or if project has gone beyond original scope
  • Provide strategic lens and ensure all deliverables meet brand standards
  • Support supervisor in brand strategy assignments
  • Act as the main point-of-contact for the Global Brand/Marketing team and cross-functional team members for assigned projects
  • Manage client communication and set expectations for work throughout the project
  • Work with creative team to ensure feedback is addressed 


  • B.A./B.S. Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and familiarity with design applications including: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Ability to navigate within a complex corporate structure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Strong Attention to detail 
  • Ability to balance creative excellence, project efficiency, and effective methods of production 
  • Ability to follow established department workflow guidelines
