Major purpose:
Major responsibilities and duties:
• Plan and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with internal business partners 
• Develop new concepts for campaigns, articles, infographics and videos in collaboration with business partners and team members, using knowledge of our customers’ industries and content marketing trends/best practices 
• Write briefs and oversee content execution, editing and supervising the work of writers and designers to make sure that it meets our marketing goals and our brand and quality standards 
• Guide content through a rigorous internal approval process 
• Monitor performance data from the content marketing platform to adjust promotional tactics as necessary 
• Advocate for content in meetings with marketing strategists and channel managers, presenting analytics-based insights on content performance to demonstrate how content can help achieve partner goals 

• Understanding of content marketing strategy and the strengths and limitations of different marketing channels 
• Basic understanding of how to measure success 
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a self-driven environment, managing many projects simultaneously and taking the initiative to keep projects on track with stakeholders and SMEs 
• Ability to work closely and fruitfully with other team members and stakeholders in an ever-changing environment 
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and narrative instincts 
• Excellent editorial skills (e.g., as copy editor or managing editor) 
• Experience writing copy for social media and/or newsletters 

Nice to have: 
• Basic design/production skills (e.g., image research, cropping and resizing) 
• Awareness of current SEO best practices 
• Experience with Adobe Analytics 
• Experience with a content management system, especially Adobe Experience
