Our community of users is very passionate, and we'd like a community manager to help organize and grow this community for 12+ months. The community manager's role is to devise and execute on a strategy to engage and grow a global community of users. The Community Manager should understand the motivations of the users intimately by constantly interacting with a wide range of them, devise promotion plans, manage social media channels, enable local champions (passionate users who help grow the community) and organize local events. The Community Manager should also leverage other parts of the Client ecosystem (other communities for example) to scale on our global reach.
Bachelors in Arts, Mass Communications, or related field 5+ years experience in community development, marketing, PR or related role
- Some basic understanding of technology and Machine Learning Ability to build and grow a network of influential individuals
- Event coordination experience
