The role of the Video Production Manager/Producer develops, creates, edits, sources and organizes all video production in relation to the product family from a post-production perspective. The Video Production Manager/Editor needs high-level video production design experience and high-level experience working with or interfacing digital video equipment, video post-production studio management, and image/video manipulation software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After-Effects and non-linear editing such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid.
Responsibilities include management and education of editorial staff, establishing timelines, asset tracking, editing videos, audio mixing, compressions of video footage, post production (editing, animations and static graphics), compositing, motion graphics, event storage.
Develops and communicates video and project guidelines to all Video department personnel, internal and external vendors, and retailers. The role will help manage and support a team who’s clients support all marketing programs (including Brand Alliances, Public Relations, Social Media, Product Marketing, Sales, Channel Marketing, Events, and Product Development).
