As a Project Developer Community Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of our community outreach strategy, including all email communication, online and in-person meetups, and creating case studies to inspire other developers. You embody a unique set of skills: part relationship manager, part marketing expert, part project manager. You are passionate about engaging with developer communities. You have a gift for capturing inspiring stories in both written and audio/visual formats. If you love working with a highly collaborative, fast-paced, global team and are drawn toward tackling challenges in uncharted territories, you will thrive in this role
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
At least 3 years of relevant developer community work experience.
Excellent program and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them to a technical audience.
Experience working closely with engineers
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Familiarity with the prototype to production lifecycle of IoT.
In-depth understanding of the prototype to production life cycle for Internet of Things and other hardware products.
Strong public speaking experience.
Experience using IoT platforms including Raspberry Pi or Arduino.
Bachelors in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related work-experience.
