Job Description:

We're looking for a Marketing Program Manager for our client in Charlotte.  Must be able to work on-site Monday-Friday.

Job Description:

Provide consultative marketing direction for assigned Wealth Management region. 
Proactively develop and execute on strategic marketing plans across all wealth management disciplines within the region. 
Ensure that corporate plans are fully leveraged. Increase overall marketing effectiveness. 
Develop and execute event marketing strategies to ensure unique experiences for the high net worth market. 

Essential Functions:

Proactively develop, manage and monitor regional marketing plans, including establishment and sharing of overall marketing perspective for the region, creating business cases for specific marketing activities, securing resources and identifying partnership opportunities, actively participating in sales process management, executing on initiatives and measuring outcomes against stated objectives. 
Ensure that our business and our brand are relevant to our target audience.

Levels of Distinction: 
 Leads and manages more complex projects and processes with very little guidance or direction. 
 Works independently with relatively little guidance. 
 Complex business solutions are validated without guidance.

Knowledge and Skills: 
 Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the wealth management business, regional markets and emerging trends. 
 Engage with line of business leaders and staff on an ongoing basis and demonstrate relevance to the business. 
 Maintain ongoing dialogue with the line of business to identify underlying business needs and opportunities, and proactively offer solutions to challenges faced by the field. 
 Ensure that marketing opportunities are fully leveraged. 
 Partner with other Regional Marketing managers to provide idea generation and share best practices to leverage successes and proactively offer enhanced sales opportunities across the regions. 
 Be an effective steward of marketing budgets and resources. 
 Efficiently manage expenses while maximizing return on investment. 
 Develop regional marketing scorecards to measure impact and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Other Requirements: 

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. 
 5-7 years recent and relevant financial services marketing experience within the wealth management/private banking/high net worth space. 
 Demonstrated experience serving as a strategic and proactive business partner across a business enterprise and driving business results through the development of effective business partnerships. 
 Demonstrated relevant experience understanding business goals and strategies and building effective marketing plans and campaigns to effectively meet those goals and objectives. 
 Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, influencing, problem-solving and project management skills. 
 Effective written/oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. 
 Ability to work well in a team environment. 
 Able to effectively interact with all levels of management and staff. 

 Effective presentation skills 

 Strong analytical skills. 
 Able to lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
