Produce high-quality, performance-oriented visuals that bring the brand to life, are interesting, fun and relevant.
These visuals must work from a performance point of view, reducing costs of acquisition in paid channels (e.g. Google and Facebook ads) or increasing conversion rates in owned channels
You will work in partnership with brand & marketing teams to ensure consistency for our brand and our users.
Top Daily Responsibilities:
Conceive, create and adapt new visuals for user acquisition channels
Brainstorm new campaigns and tests with larger team
Proven ability to deliver exceptional design at high volumes under clear deadlines. Experience with performance marketing campaigns.
A solid understanding of design to achieve business objectives while keeping a high quality level for aesthetics.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate complex, sometimes abstract, design concepts clearly and persuasively.
Ability to solve visual problems.
Detail-oriented and flawless execution.
Primarily digital experience, with a good eye for the impact caused by potential animations, interactions and transitions.
Constant focus on big ideas, thinking beyond just the execution.
Interest for data and results.
A portfolio demonstrating excellence in design.
It should showcase your work, provide detail of your role on each project and show examples of creatives that worked in performance-oriented projects.
Nice to have Skills (not required):
3 years experience working on visual design in agencies or tech B2C products.
Highly productive, constantly striving to optimize your workflow to become more efficient and effective.
Ability to collaborate with photographers, motion graphics designers and film producers.
