Job Description:

Content Coordinators - A Fortune 500 fintech organization in San Mateo is looking for a part time (20 hrs/wk) publishing coordinator to work with writers, designers and content strategists to project manage content pieces into various mediums for publication.

  • Manage communications with external publishers on proposal and deadline management on sponsored content

  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure content pieces adhere to legal and brand style guides

  • Project manage various deliverables into finalized content pieces

  • 2+ years of experience as publication coordinator

  • Ability to cultivate and maintain constructive relationships with internal stakeholders

  • Experience as project manager/publisher

  • Ability to work on part-time basis (20+ hrs/wk)

  • Experience with video production is a HUGE plus
