Job Description:

We have an immediate need for a strong resource to help our client guild the look and feel of their brand in-store. This is an on-going, 40 hour a week opportunity on-site in Manhattan. 
• Responsible for the Visual Merchandising of both retail and non-retail items across fleet 
• Sets visual merchandising standards within the U.S stores 
• Develops Visual Merchandising seasonal directives and VM presentations 
• Creates core Planograms for Skincare, Bodycare, Home Fragrance, 
Men’s, Gift and Hair categories for entire U.S market, as well as seasonal 
bays to correspond with marketing direction 
• Educates the field sales team on brand merchandising standards and 
• Places quarterly visual merchandising buy with the international 
sourcing team and manages budget 
• Plans the set up and physically opens new stores across the country with 
new in store hires 

New Store Opening: 
• Communicate with field team on needs post & prior to opening 
• New store opening guide and closing deck 
• Training of field VM field team members 
• Management of Non-Retail order and delivery per store 
• Sourcing of additional VM props 
• Management of communication of missing assets and any special needs 
between field and HQ team 
• Store opening deck 
• Follow up on any pending elements post-store opening 
• Quarterly binder: includes summary, and updates to all scenarios Pulse & 
Shop Me 
• Event Bay updates: One-of planograms with event updates for Event Pack 
• MU Directive update with Pricing Strips and bay scenarios 

• BME: Briefing to Marketing & Creative teams with cost and suggested buy 
• BME: Placing order to international and communication on 
discontinuations and/or special requests 
• Store Issues/Needs: Replenishment of non sellable to stores 
• Store Openings: Non-Sellables order and management 
• One-of store requests for replacement of VM items 

Event Pack, Body Talk Updates & Traffic Drivers: 
 Add direction on table and fixture display set-up 
 Add clear direction on non retail items needed for event and each 
 Create How-To’s as on need basis for field team 
 Create display for Promotional Updares 
 Body Butter Printers: Issues Log, Repair managements, Ink & Labels 
replacements, guides and software updates 
 Event direction and set-up of Sales Meetings 
 VM Direction and set-up of Wholesale events
