Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, planning and measuring marketing and communications programs for major key customer segments within a corporation.  As the leading edge for their brand voice, this position is critical to properly position it's team within the organization's customer experience journey and will work with internal program managers to strategize, design and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • 3-5 years related work experience in a marketing environment such as an advertising agency, digital agency, PR firm or corporate marketing communications
  • Experience with strategic marketing planning, balancing deadlines, creating priorities
  • Experience with all aspects of marketing communications including research, strategic/brand planning, agency management, digital management including website design and development, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, graphic design, advertising, public relations, presentation development and media negotiation
  • Must be able to work with Corporate Communications and must be able to provide strategic POV to and work with diverse stakeholder groups necessary to develop and maintain ongoing internal relationships
  • Must have excellent strategic marketing planning, research analysis, interpersonal, decision-making, follow-up, presentation, budgeting, communication and organizational skills
  • Should be knowledgeable in demand response and other demand management programs and their operations in a regulated environment
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent presentation and analytical skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management, customers and vendors
