Job Description:

 The Business Intelligence Partner team at this global tech org is responsible for building the partner channel: recruiting, onboarding, training and enabling the partners globally. 

In order to accelerate this motion, the team created a self-service portal to on-board partners in the partner program and enable them to manage their profiles and showcased solutions. 

The team is currently looking for a Partner Success Manager that will educate the partners that are being on-boarded on the program and help accelerate their on-boarding. 

Day to day activities will include: 
1. Calling/emailing new partners who sign-up to the partner program to explain the program benefits, incentives and guide them through the on-boarding process 
2. Calling/emailing listed partners to ask them to update their profiles and guide them through the next steps in order to get showcased 
3. Calling/emailing the showcased partners to explain to them the Offers Program, educate them on the benefits of building consulting service offers on our web portal, and guide them through the next steps to publish their Consulting Service Offers. 
4. Review and approve access requests to the portal, and profile and showcase submissions 
5. Track all activities and provide regular reporting on progress
