Job Description:

• Plan and execute global email marketing campaigns in line with best channel practices and business objectives 
• Leverage data and testing to optimize and improve email content and targeting and continually monitor, analyze and refine campaigns to maximize ROI 
• Email content workflow expert and consult with partner organizations for process improvement 
• Implement and manage all marketing automation platform app integrations 
• Document and communicate results and insights of the different marketing channels, clearly and concisely 
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future campaigns 
• 1-3 years experience with a marketing automation platform (Eloqua, Marketo or something similar) • Experience with a web analytics tool (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or something similar) • Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically • Comfortable in data-driven business environment • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic organization • Brings an innovation mindset to enhance overall team performance • Ability to influence and build consensus across organizational boundaries to achieve business outcomes • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with focus digital marketing and/or analytics
