Job Description:

Are you a developer who can hand code? Are you comfortable writing simple JavaScript and C#.net without the help of an IDE, search engine or other tool? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Our client, a Fortune 100 Energy Company, is looking for top-notch Web Developers to work with an agile team on an internal web site. This role will be full time hours on site at their main corporate campus in Spring.


  • This person must be a master at consuming Web API's and building reusable front end components. 
  • This person will be expected to mentor less skilled developer(s) on the team. 
  • 10 - 15 Years recent experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML AND C#.Net. 
  • Past experience with Visual Studio required. 
  • They should be familiar with agile software development practices and comfortable working in an agile environment. 
  • They should have a deep understanding of MVC. 
  • Past experience with Sitecore is desirable. 
  • Past experience with Apache Solr desirable. 
  • Developers with a full stack capability are preferred. 


  • Build out new features (in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and C#.Net) based on research and designs provided by the team's designers 
  • Improve current features based on research and customer feedback 
  • Maintain existing site features 
  • Perform work based on priorities set by product owner 
  • Collaborate with developers on other teams as we use their APIs and platforms 
  • Work with the Sitecore Content Management System 
  • Work with Apache Solr
  • Use story points to estimate Feature and PBI effort  
  • Participate in backlog grooming and planning meetings
