Job Description:

Top Daily Responsibilities: 
Use behavioral science insights to help drive millions of users to acquire the client's products. Get them engaged with the product, help them create successful advertising campaigns, and ensure they are retained as the client's customers. 
Design, conduct, and analyze experiments to determine the most impactful marketing and in-product design strategies. 
Provide behavioral science consultation to product and marketing teams. 
Evangelize behavioral science methods more broadly across the company and generalize learnings into a framework that can help bring behavioral science to scale. 

Required Skills: 
3-5 years of project management and design experience applying behavioral science insights and experimental research methods to real-world challenges at scale-either in consulting, policy, or research academia. 
Leadership and/or entrepreneurial experience that demonstrates candidate is comfortable building things from scratch and thriving in dynamic, fluid, and fast-paced environments. 
Distinctive problem solving, analytic skills, and sound business judgment. 
A knack for building collaborative partnerships with product and engineering teams. 
Strong ability to effectively influence and communicate across all levels of management, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
