Job Description:


Our client is seeking a Campaign Operations Analyst to join their Consumer Marketing team. He/she is responsible for executing data-driven marketing campaigns, utilizing a campaign management tool to deploy campaigns in market. 

The successful candidate would have experience in building simple segment based, trigger based and customer journey campaigns. In addition to campaign deployment experience, this individual must be able to gather requirements, extract and test data outputs, have experience with mobile, email and in-app marketing channel, and an understanding of implementing tests. 


Execute data driven campaigns utilizing a campaign management tool across various channels 

Build simple segment based, trigger based and customer journey campaigns 

Be able to understand and equate marketing targeting criteria to technical details 

Meet with internal stakeholders to understand and interpret their requirements 

Execute and manage campaign deployment on a daily/monthly and adhoc basis 

Quality check other campaigns developed by peers 

Work with Strategists, Producers and Data Infrastructure teams to coordinate the deployment of campaigns 


Hands-on experience building campaigns in a campaign management tool (Braze, Unica etc) 

Experience deploying campaigns into market – building trigger, customer journey and adhoc campaigns. 

Experience with Email Service Providers, Data Management Platforms, Mobile Messaging Platforms and publishers like Facebook. 

Bachelor’s degree, Masters level degree well regarded 

Exceptionally strong analytical skills 

Solid project management and organizations skills
