Job Description:

Our client, is seeking a Marketing Communications Associate Consultant to join their Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Acquisition and Media team to support the planning, organization, versioning, compliance filing and proofing of direct to consumer marketing materials. Due to an increased workload, both their Direct Mail Manager and Print and Out of Home Media Managers will need support to project manage marketing materials through the creation, review and release. 

Additional responsibilities include management of purchase orders and budget tracking, as well as the collection of marketing materials for compliance tracking.  Candidates will bring experience that demonstrates assertiveness, ability to take charge, ability to deal with ambiguity and problem solve. This role will add value by managing complex projects with specific requirements and deadlines and bringing a keen attention to detail for thorough review and tracking.

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years in Marketing and Project Management
  • Knowledge/experience with government regulated business is preferred
  • Close attention to detail and ideally experience working with version control for marketing materials
  • Strong MS Office skills, specifically working with Microsoft Excel
  • Proofreading ability to provide detailed review of materials


  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • BS preferred
