Job Description:

Provides technical guidance to customers by acting as trusted technical advisors for broad and complex issues with specific large, diverse, and complex accounts. Responsibilities include providing technical leadership with the IT infrastructure decision makers to extend sales with customer technical architecture and applications, and leading the development of the technical strategies or plans to achieve customer and company objectives.


You will have the opportunity to bring solutions to market, having the ability to walk into Best Buy, seeing equipment and getting to say “I did that.” 



  • Interface and present to partners, working with account managers on phone
  • Go to trade shows
  • Interact with the team, meeting a few times a year, lots of phone conversations
  • Work with hardware partners to bring unique solutions to market (consumer systems, commercial systems, education systems)
  • Building hardware to meet needs


Required Experience

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Technical Sales, preferably in an enterprise environment
  • Expert presentation skills
  • Understanding of gaming market
  • Very flexible with working hours and location (will be traveling about 20% of the time)
  • Self-Starter
