Job Description:

We are hiring a Product Manager in the Seattle area for a large global retail coffee brand. The candidate should have 7 years experience to help support a new team that is dedicated to further improving the lives of partners (employees) in retail stores. The product manager role will work closely with stakeholders across the enterprise to build an overall strategy and vision, create persona's, identify and prioritize use cases and implement new technology in collaboration with the engineering team. They will also gather requirements and manage stakeholder engagement 

To be successful in this role, a person needs to be well skilled in collaboration, building relationships and be an effective communicator. 

The person in this role should: 
• Research and building out persona's for all audiences 
• Create user stories and requirements, works with stakeholders to identify ROI/business value 
• Create, prioritize and maintain a backlog in JIRA throughout the product lifecycle 
• Define technical solutions in partnership with engineering teams that meet the functional and non-functional requirements 
• Build implementation plans to enable new technology, including communication of product value and purpose, change management and training 
• Continual development, socialization and advocate for the overall strategy and approach at all levels of the organization 
• Define and track KPIs and metrics for usage to ensure inform backlog priorities 
• Define and track monitoring and system health requirements to ensure hardware and software meet user expectations and issues are addressed in a timely manner 
• Participates and drives product demos 

Required Skills & Knowledge 
• 7+ years in product management 
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally, in writing and formal presentations adjusting style and level of functional and technology language based on audience 
• Ability to know your audience, know what is possible and how to navigate strategically and tactically 
• Be intellectually curious and comfortable with the unknown; taking initiative to learn about new technologies in the conference room space 
• Ability to maintain multiple and adjust priorities and meet deadlines 
• Collaborate with teams across the globe to drive new technology 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment 
• Knowledgeable of agile/scrum methodology 
• Ability to influence others without authority
