Job Description:

Our healthcare client is looking for a Project Manager, Six Sigma Green Belt who will have a primary focus on supporting our client's business and operational partners to ensure readiness towards future state enhancements and changes impacting their areas as a result of upcoming IT enhancements and business process changes. Additionally, they will assist us with continuous improvement across these same groups by providing Six Sigma support, identify root causes; implement Operational Excellence; develop solutions that are timely, and effectively address business issues and needs. These efforts will come as both full DMAIC or DMADV projects, as well as ad hoc analysis efforts. 


Primary Responsibilities: 

• Investigate non-standard requests and problems 

• Make presentations to senior leadership 

• Ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope 

• Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks 

• Prioritize your work load and work on ad hoc projects as assigned

Required Qualifications: 

• BA / BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and/or equivalent education and experience

• 3+ Years of relevant business experience including working in a Green Belt role and/or supporting Six Sigma projects 

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification 

• Advanced project management, business process improvement, lean, and change management experience 

• Advanced experience creating various business flows, such as process flows, value stream mapping and BPMNs 

• 2+ Years experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions 

• Moderate to advance Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Minitab skills 

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and to ability to facilitate meetings 

• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to work independently 


Preferred Qualifications: 

• Healthcare / insurance experience 

• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
