-Execute and optimize regional Email Marketing campaigns, including writing and contributing to creative briefs, managing cross-functional stakeholder approvals, setting up A/B tests, improving processes, and establishing best practices.
-Manage RoW email calendar which requires aligning closely with site merchandising and sales teams to source content and maintain consistency across campaigns.
-Manage day-to-day vendor relationships with email creative and production agencies.
-Inform CRM strategy and assess CRM opportunities through building business cases, conducting competitive analysis, understanding what’s worked well for other of the brand's teams, and establishing user flows.
-Identify business requirements for CRM initiatives that will be leveraged by the product team to build features for CRM, and work with cross-functional teams to execute them.
-BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).
-5+ years proven experience in designing and executing large scale integrated marketing strategy and campaigns in e-commerce or consumer electronics devices.
-In-depth email marketing subject matter expertise.
-Strong strategic thinking and solid analytical skills to bring campaign ideas to the table that are rooted in insights and analysis.
-Excellent problem-solving skills. For example, you must be prepared to find creative solutions when a last minute change is requested.
-A persuasive communicator, adept at packaging disparate or complicated information into a concise, compelling story, no matter the audience.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple complex projects with various deadlines simultaneously.
-Management consulting experience and working knowledge of SQL, HTML, and Photoshop skills a plus.
-Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Responsys is preferred.
