Content Assistant / Migrator  

Do you have an interest in digital content management?  High attention to detail with experience working in large spreadsheets?  Experience working with web content? Could be a college student with these skills. This project should be a great fit for you.

We are building a project team to assist an International Hotel client in the migration of digital content to a new web platform.  Consultants will work full-time hours on-site in our Boise office beginning in July. The project will continue through the summer and may continue into fall.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will be trained to accurately transfer content to a new publishing environment via copy/paste
  • Divide large sections of content into smaller sections using pre-identified fields
  • Self-manage an assigned list of pages against a deadline
  • Quality-control your own and peer migrated content including content, links, and imagery
  • Attend daily stand-up to report on progress and roadblocks (as identified)
  • Work with team on necessary content edits
  • Raise and document issues or questions about content to the Project Lead

Skills and experience required:

  • Proficient with MS Office tools, specifically Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software tools and applications
  • Thorough and accurate in accomplishing tasks
  • Experience working in large spreadsheets or data sets
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Comfortable with self-managed, independent work requiring limited oversight
  • Collaborative, team-oriented personality with a strong sense of initiative
