Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Project Manager for our Financial Services client in Foster City!

• Develop and actively manage projects focused on various Marketing Operations initiatives 
○ Manage project schedules, identify critical path activities, lead and execute risk management and mitigation, and identify & report on milestones or risks impacting the project 
○ Identify dependencies and map out various end-to-end processes required to execute projects 
○ Engage stakeholders and ensure teams work together in creating objectives, roadmaps, and success criteria 
○ Facilitate efficient meetings to ensure effective cross-functional team information exchange and alignment 
• Apply best-in-class and innovative project management and collaboration methodologies to our marketing efforts, including principles from Agile Marketing and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification 
• Facilitate and drive alignment in support of project plans across functional organizations, including IT, Legal, Privacy, Sourcing, Finance, etc. 

Preferred Qualifications: 
• 3+ years of relevant project management, process improvement, and/or consulting experience in a Marketing organization 
• Expertise in project management methodologies and demonstrated experience applying within a Marketing context, including Agile and PMP 
• Experience applying operational efficiency principles, including Lean and Six Sigma 
• Experience in transition / change management (TCM): deep understanding and demonstration of application of TCM processes in complex environments 
• Strong passion towards business operations and marketing, especially in humanizing operations within a marketing environment 
• Outstanding communication skills able to translate stakeholder requirements across functions 
• Experience working in ambiguous / start-up environments 
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to observe and translate operational challenges into strategic, actionable objectives 
• Extremely adaptable and quick learner 
• Proven team player, highly adaptable to new opportunities, and able to learn complex topics quickly 
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/business highly desired
