Job Description:


We are looking for a Production QC Schedule to work for one of our major Entertainment Media clients. 
Responsibilities will include...
• Responsible for scheduling/coordinating unsupervised and client supervised QC projects through the facility 
• Coordinate QC operators work schedules (internal and/or 3rd party operators) 
• Follow up with QC rejections to help determine best course of action to expedite deliveries and meet deadlines 
• Communicate QC statuses on a daily basis for Specialists and Project Managers 
• Foster and maintain a proactive project management relationship with clients 
• Provide clear, concise Xytech work orders with accurate, detailed information for tracking and billing 
• Obtain purchase orders from clients 
• Create/track facility purchase orders for 3rd party QC vendors 
• Bill and close out QC work orders and jobs using Xytech 
• Establish trusting relationships and clear lines of communication with co-workers 
• Other duties as needed or requested 

• College degree preferred 
• Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in Post Production 
• Knowledge of various video tape/file formats and standards 
• Computer skills required: Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint 
• Knowledge of Xytech scheduling program is preferred 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Must be able to organize, prioritize and schedule work effectively 
• Must be able to work efficiently under time constraints 
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment 
• Must be able to work independently 
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, if and when necessary
