Our Client is expanding our Digital Product Design practice in Toronto. Digital Product Design
is craft-focused and we partner deeply with our clients to successfully evolve and bring
their digital products we design for their customers and employees to market.
You will work collaboratively with Visual and Content Design teams, absorbing the

As an Interaction Designer, you’ll be accountable for concepts, strategies, and
interaction design artifacts at the project level.

What we’re looking for:
• Ability to learn new software quickly; experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe
Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Confluence, or JIRA is necessary.
• Ability to create interaction models, flows, and wireframes; experience maps and
user journeys are a plus.
• Familiarity with rapid prototyping methods, ranging from paper sketching to
digital prototypes.
• Preparedness for being part of teams who focus on user-centered design
practices to develop new products and services.
• Advanced digital design portfolio with examples of mobile and touch work that
demonstrates conceptual problem solving and the ability to define interaction
models for complex experiences.
• Advanced understanding of delivery methodologies with an emphasis on agile.
• Advanced ability to utilize feedback/direction from the Design Lead to generate
multiple interaction design explorations and iterate those designs to the
satisfaction of the Design Lead.
• Ability to speak comfortably and professionally in client presentations.
Your experience:
• 3-5 years of in-depth interact design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Fundamentals you’ll bring to the table:
• Uncover user needs through research, generate concepts, and craft how people
will interact with the products and services we design.
• Participate in and occasionally lead interaction design activities, including client
workshops, user interviews, and creative brainstorms.
• Explain and discuss design decisions eloquently and give design feedback.
• Own some interaction design deliverables.
• Frame and tell the story of design solutions. Contribute to the communication of
detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
