Job Description:

Overall Responsibilities 

Additional Responsibilities: 
Maintain clean and organized file structure. 
Proactively work with stakeholders and self manage delivery of files on time within quality expectations. 
Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and concepts effectively. 
Miscellaneous product design work that may include slide decks, demos, posters, product screenshots, animated interactions, or other marketing materials. 
Critique existing process, proactively suggest changes and implement a delivery system that will be consistent across our product endpoints and external partner teams. 
Work in a fast-paced environment and field last minute requests. 

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: 
Design and publish internal and external marketing collateral for print or screen. 
Source, edit and cut image assets against multiple different specifications. 
Deliver assets to various stakeholders using various systems. 

Required Skills 
Proficient with industry standard design tools (must be fluent in Sketch and Photoshop). 
Bachelor's degree in any field 
Self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines. 
Proven ability to act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process. 
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships. 
Practical experience in marketing design, user centered product design, graphic design, visual communications, production design. 
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and/or product teams (motion, interaction, UX research, engineering, UX writer) on technical implementation 
Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms in an iterative software development environment. 
Ability to screen capture and record product interactions and turning them into animated gifs via Photoshop or Principle. 

Nice to Have: 
Passion for photography and image composition. 
Familiarity with internationalization of products. 
Passion for music. 
Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android and iOS.
