Job Description:

Coordinator will assist with the Call Center Certification process for clients with GRO. This individual will be reporting into the Research Director as well as working closely with the two Project Managers. He/she will be assisting with the daily tasks associated with this program as well as: 

Have the ability to take and follow direction 
Quick learner 
Excellent attention to detail 
Must have general office experience 
Can work independently 
Follow written instructions (we have lots of processes documented) 
General willingness to learn and is not afraid to take things on 
Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint & Word 

Will be working on 3 Benchmark Studies as well as 3 Certification Studies – supporting daily updates to clients, updating Word, PPT, and Excel documents for projects.
