Job Description:

Aquent is seeking a full time Senior Designer / Associate Creative Director to fill a creative leadership role for our client’s dynamic in-house creative services team in the Seattle area.

The ideal candidate will be a conceptual designer with a deep level of print and digital experience; excellent technical skills in Adobe software suite; contemporary design aesthetic; top-notch portfolio of corporate or consumer-facing work; portfolio will demonstrate creative flair, originality and a strong sense of visual design.  Must have demonstrated experience presenting and selling ideas to clients and colleagues. Illustration skills a plus.

Candidate needs to be a self-starter who enjoys collaborating, is flexible in a dynamic environment, is fast and efficient and able to juggle multiple projects, is an expert, proactive communicator, possesses strong leadership skills, and can work within established brand guidelines.

We are not looking for a Graphic Artist or someone who's experience is limited to production roles. They MUST have experience in creating concepts and leading the design strategy for small and large campaigns.


Experience Requirements:

Degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts or related field

7 – 10  years graphic design experience within an agency, or in-house creative services environment

Experience designing for various deliverables in print, digital and exhibits.

Must be adaptable and flexible, with demonstrated experience working in a high pressure environment with moving deadlines/ deliverables and priorities

Service oriented and politically savvy

Able to work independently, and be resourceful
