Job Description:

Overall Responsibilities: 
Awareness/Top of Funnel Digital 
Launch Campaigns: Support the delivery/hand-off of x-functional deliverables and stakeholders (Creative, Partner Marketing, Legal etc.) to consolidate feedback for iterations of launch campaigns during the year. 
Digital advertising: Work with internal team members to ensure Creative and Media agencies sync on the delivery of digital assets and content, thus ensuring specs and requirements (languages, currency, product, etc.) are accurate. 
Social: Work to ensure all of our video content adheres to best practices. Upload video content on behalf of brand on a weekly cadence. 

Offline Assets 
OOH/Print Campaigns: Manage delivery of specs and creative rotation within production tracker. 
Branded Content: Support Lead by working with agencies and internal partners to manage schedule and delivery/hand-off of consolidated feedback for iterations through to completion/launch. 
Experiential Fulfilment: Help with the coordination and fulfilment of select stunts and moments meant to generate cultural currency on behalf of the products. 
Creative coordination: Ensure creative assets are built and circulated for internal approvals and delivered to the appropriate media specs. 

Budget Tracking: Manage billing activities in the Budget Tracker 
Process new MAFs (print, send back to media agencies) 
Open, close, and adjust POs 
Troubleshoot invoice & credit issues with media agencies 
Maintain frequent communications with partner agencies, send reminders to provide accurate forecasts, upload invoices/credits, etc. 
Open and manage tickets with P2P Help every time there’s an issue with invoice processing, credits, line item splits, etc. 
Sync regularly with Finance to update budget forecasts, accruals, etc. 

Production Coordination 
Coordinate across partner agencies and internal creative team to support timely production 
Provide files (work closely with Producers on images, banners, videos, etc. as needed) 
Make sure designers and creative are looped in as new projects are added to production tracker 
Answer internal questions and provide clarification on project specifications, material close dates, file formats, contact info, etc. 
Create Customer Stories tracking document & continue to update it, as new submissions are submitted
Add UGC video submissions into running tracking doc 
Periodically download and sort video files into Google Drive folder 

Social Coordination + Support 
Coordinate shipping + product support for influencer programs 
Communicate with and coordinate influencer requests that come through on social platforms 
Help with execution 
Video upload requests from Social 
Help with product shipping requests as needed 
Work with Social Lead to create a AMR + EMEA editorial calendar 
Support social lead in creation of DR (AMR + EMEA) creative on a quarterly basis 
Create Customer Stories tracking document & continue to update it, as new submissions are submitted

Top 3 roles & responsibilities: 
Organization and Trafficking of Consumer Advertising media assets

Required Skills: 
BA/BS, any field 
2+ years of experience 
Strong collaborative, relationship-building skills 
Self-starter with eagerness to learn and ability to take initiative 
Organized with high level of attention to detail 
Ability to prioritize while managing expectations with multiple stakeholders 
Experience with both online and offline mediums 
Strong working knowledge of social and digital specs & best practices 

Nice to Have Skills/Not Required: 
Experience working at an advertising agency or brand, in a Account Management, and/or Production role is a plus
