Job Description:

A Senior Digital Producer at this high end beauty brand manages global online and social programs 
as well as integrated campaigns from beginning to end. He or she is a champion of 
mobile and digital-first thinking, with a deep understanding of the consumer journey. A 
Senior Digital Producer is a problem solver that knows every detail of a 
project, from a strategic standpoint to the specific details of project management: 
timeline, scope and budget. 
Reporting to the Director, Creative Operations, the Senior Digital Producer is responsible 
for establishing, facilitating and maintaining workflow and communication between 
Creative, Online, Social and Consumer Engagement teams. 
• Lead end-to- end concepting, execution and optimization for all online, digital and 
social campaigns, working closely with the Executive Director, Digital Creative 
and the Director, Creative Operations 
• Act as a partner to the Online, Social, Digital, and Consumer Engagement 
teams to drive new, innovative work within our owned, earned and paid channels 
• Manage interdisciplinary teams of copywriters, graphic and digital designers assigned 
to his/hers projects. 
• Evolve innovative creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables to be deployed to 
local markets. 
• Define the scope of projects (objectives, strategy, deliverables, schedule, and budget) 
• Oversee each phase of the internal and external approval process: including the 
approval of concepts, copy, layouts, final artwork 
• Work closely with Content Production team on shoot planning, preparation and post- 
• Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and 
meeting notes 
• Allocate resources weekly and working in coordination with other producers in 
prioritizing projects 
• Lead meetings and conference calls, and effectively set up the presentation of 
creative work 
• Partner with internal stakeholders and communicate project issues and resolution 
• Has a minimum of 6 years experience in project management for an in-house creative 

team or agency.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent  
• Has experience working on large scale digital campaigns, with a deep understanding 
of the role of the user and a mobile-first approach 
• Has experience working on website builds, eCommerce, mobile application 
development and innovation initiatives 
• Has experience using MS Project to develop project plans and/or familiarity with 
equivalent tools 
• Has experience with Basecamp/Asana/Harvest/Jira/Trello or equivalent tools 
• Has experience working in Content Management Systems 
• Has experience with digital asset management tools, Content Management Systems 
and an overall understanding of specifications, limitations and digital asset 
• Is a partner to creative rather than its police 
• Is a comfortable presenting creative work to senior leadership and running high level 
• Has a flexible attitude and can work in an ambiguous and fast-past environment 
• Knows how to develop contracts and Statements of Work 
• Is used to being the point person for internal or external clients 
• Is a natural leader with excellent communication skills 
• Loves solving problems and managing conflicts 
• Is comfortable managing technical/functional complex work 
• Has a deep understanding of agile project management, work flow and infrastructure
