Job Description:


Track, synthesize and analyze digital industry trends, competitive landscape, benchmarking studies and consumer insights:
•Develop benchmarking approach and studies to assess company standing against competitor and best-in-class digital offerings
•Review and synthesize research findings to answer team requests for trends data, digital best practices, latest industry developments, and consumer expectations and behaviors
•Collaborate with teams to develop a digital research agenda, while prioritizing efforts vs. available resources, to enhances team understanding of core digital knowledge areas that informs business decisions 
•Maintain relationships with syndicated digital research providers, build sources of information, monitor competitive rankings, stay apprised of evolving digital landscape, emerging technologies and shifting consumer preferences
•Communicate key finds across Digital team and partner teams to inform strategy development and roadmap prioritization

Drive thought-leadership to enable outside-in perspective and assess impact to company through POVs (point-of-views) to inform executives and teams:
•Educate and guide the organization on the latest topical ideas, and internalize impact
•Identify opportunities the latest development represents to drive adoption, investment and partnership in digital 
•Collaborate and work across teams to shape how we can become leader in that digital space 
•Evangelize digital thinking that helps to set, clarify, and promote Digital team objectives and strategies throughout the enterprise
•Build relationships with strategy, research and innovation teams inside and outside of company to stay on top of latest developments

•Minimum: Bachelor degree (e.g. Business, Marketing, Statistics etc) 

Basic Qualifications:
•Minimum: 4-6 years’ experience in digital, digital health
•A digital SME with health care exposure or health care expert with digital experience
•Exposure to experience design processes including research, problem definition, prototyping and scaling solutions
•Ability to integrate and interpret multiple data sources (including business data, customer data, primary and secondary research, 3rd party data) into clear actionable insights
•Have consumer and industry research skills
•Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
•Strong organizational skills with ability to act independently and responsibly
•Capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Must be able to work collaboratively with team members
•Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional groups
