Job Description:

Our top rated airlines client is seeking a Event Training Coordinator to organize and administrate activities associated with corporate university classes, learning engagements and events.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 
• Providing project assistance and administrative support for training program 
• Organize, schedule, administer learning events (in-classroom, online, self-paced, hands on labs etc.) 
• Coordinate equipment, facilities, hospitality resources (hotel/catering), instructional materials as needed 
• Orchestrate multiple vendors and contractors to successfully execute learning events 
• Serve as corporate university registrar
• Record, maintain and update attendance and related information in multiple HR systems 
• Assist in the marketing and communication of learning opportunities
• Enforce training policies and requirements 
• Document, track and report associated training costs 
• Produce and distribute completion certificates for attendees

• Solid written and oral communication skills 
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with peers and leadership 
• Proficient with Office 365 Apps and collaboration tools 
• Proven ability to multi-task in fast paced environment 
• Quick learner and team player 
• High-School Diploma and some college, degree preferred
• Ability to travel up to 3-4 days per month to coordinate remote classes (primarily West Coast)
