Our Fortune 500 client, a leader in banking technology, is seeking an experienced Events Marketing Coordinator for their Marketing team in Pennington, NJ. This Events Marketing Coordinator opportunity starts out as a 3 month contract but could definitely extend as the team is very busy! This is 40 hours a week, health benefits and 401K offered.
The Events Marketing Coordinator will provide support for the Local Marketing Advisor conference planning and execution. The Events Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for all project management responsibilities and logistical planning for several internal conferences throughout the year. The Events Marketing Coordinator will work with various levels of management and marketing partners. The Events Marketing Coordinator will need proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required. Strong organization and communication skills also required. Ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time critical.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
