You will be part of a small and nimble group that is responsible for driving large-scale, multi-channel, global creative campaigns that include television, digital, video, out-of-home and more. Our day-to-day is spent collaborating with cross functional team members like retail, product PR, internal and external agency partners, regional teams, all to ensure a clear communication narrative
In this role, you’ll combine expert project management skills with a passion for marketing & brand to help your team improve, develop, and execute on our global hardware brand. You’ll work cross-functionally across all hardware teams to plan projects, define milestones, assign resources, assess risks, and help projects meet deadlines. You will help manage the work streams leading to key hardware events, ensuring team alignment on key dates and deliverables.
You are a master planner and a flexible project manager who can balance multiple projects.
Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, asset management etc., and implement or drive required changes
Work with PMM to manage device imagery needs for Marketing use - inclusive of device creation, UI development and approval process
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Lead project management by coordinating the master project plan, timelines and helping to establish project roles and responsibilities across teams.
Drive inter-team communication to ensure transparency across workstreams, guideline creation and toolkit distribution- including global components.
Manage campaign asset organization and distribution globally
BA/BS degree (or Associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience)
6-8+ years of experience working on product-related communication and program management
Exceptional people management skills with a focus on collaboration in a fast paced environment and proven ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence
Incredibly organized and comfortable with tracking multiple work streams and teams simultaneously

Strong project management skills & ability to work effectively in teams of varying sizes, and during nebulous creative processes.
Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
Ability to get people to do things according to a timeline when it may not be their first priority
Adept at building strong cross-functional relationships and working cross-functionally/across geography with multiple teams and organizations
Creative problem-solving and strong analytical and technical skills, combined with a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive can-do attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Google Drive
